Our Return Policy
We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for return, items must be:
- In their original condition
- Unworn and unused
- With all original tags and packaging
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
To maintain the integrity of our collections, the following items cannot be returned:
- Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
- Personalized or custom-made jewelry
- Items marked as “Final Sale”
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Step 1: Submit Your Request

Within 2 business days, our team will email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed return instructions.
Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return

Important: We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining your proof of postage. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 5 business days of arrival), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Refund Timeline & Methods
- Credit/Debit Card Payments: Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after approval.
- PayPal Payments: Refunds will be issued to your PayPal account within 3-5 business days after approval.
Note: Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.
Exchange Process
For exchanges, please indicate your preferred replacement item in your return request. We will ship your new item once the original item is received and inspected. Should your preferred replacement be unavailable, we will contact you to discuss alternatives or issue a refund.
Damaged or Defective Items
